Charlotte has worked in the retail sector for over 12 years in a variety of HR roles and now runs her own business coaching mums returning to work after maternity leave or some sort of extended time away.  Her drive for helping others be at their best is grounded in a passion for a strengths based approach to coaching.  Much of Charlotte’s business focuses on one-to-one coaching but she also works with organisations who are progressive in their approach to returning talent.  Typically she will work on mentoring programmes, bespoke development programmes and high potential investment initiatives.
