Ryan Jeffery is the founder & co-CEO of Ignite, a company that provides leadership development for the purpose-driven workplace. Prior to Ignite, Ryan was a co-founder & partner at Roniin and an early founder at Belly where he saw firsthand the need for stronger employee engagement and development initiatives. Ryan is an amateur weatherman and cheese aficionado who received his degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
