Roland T. Rust is Distinguished University Professor and David Bruce Smith Chair in Marketing at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. An award-winning scholar, he has also consulted for numerous leading corporations worldwide. He and Ming-Hui Huang are the authors of the new book, The Feeling Economy: How Artificial Intelligence Is Creating the Era of Empathy (Springer International Publishing). Professor Huang is Distinguished Professor in the Department of Information Management at National Taiwan University.
