Ralph Pondiscio started his recruiting career just over 20 years ago with the world’s largest specialized recruiting agency where he spent 11 years. He then took that experience to corporate recruiting where he is currently a recruiting director with a Big 4 Accounting firm. He is a strong believer that consistent application of the basic blocking and tackling of recruiting is what makes a recruiter successful. When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends in or on the water in South Florida and the Florida Keys.
