Rajashree Varma
Rajashree “Raj” Varma is a Vice President of Alliances at Xoriant and a software industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in developing products and fostering strategic partnerships between some of the most recognizable brands in Silicon Valley and pacific northwest. At Xoriant, Raj oversees strategy behind the Microsoft engineering and partner ecosystem and works to bridge strategic alliances for Xoriant’s clientele to support a range of projects that span Cloud, Security, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI, and the Internet of Things. In 2008 Raj founded the software engineering and system integration firm, Arth Systems, where she built a significantly talented team of 30 plus employees in the U.S. and associated right suppliers in India. She guided the company through its acquisition by Xoriant in 2019. Raj continues to serve as CEO at Arth Systems, which supports startups to mid-sized enterprises by delivering Microsoft Office 365 related solutions and services and productivity consulting.
Previously, Raj served as Chief Alliance and Strategy Officer for PaperTracer. She held engineering positions and served as a technical architect evangelist at Microsoft for about 10 years. Throughout her career Raj has blended a talent for building robust and effective teams with technical expertise that enable the organizations to continually innovate and overcome complex technological obstacles.
Raj is a member of the board for CloudGirls, a group of Female thought leaders and technology advocates dedicated to furthering cloud education, trending, best practices and architectures through community consensus. She also provides mentorship and support to such organizations as Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). WBEC-Pacific and Ada Academy. Raj holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Cummins College of Engineering, Pune University, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Pune.
