Payal Sheth is a marketing professional with over 12 years  experience in the area of communication, brand-building and marketing strategies for consulting firms.

Now based in Houston, Sheth is global marketing manager for the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on the marketing and communication initiatives globally for BCG's largest practice - Operations. She previously led the marketing and communications strategy at BCG India while working with the leadership team to develop a comprehensive program for the firm.

Prior to joining BCG, Sheth was associate vice president with Ernst & Young India where she was responsible for marketing the Media & Entertainment Practice.
