Louise Truong Buchalter Nehme r. As a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group, Ms. Truong represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law in both single-plaintiff and class-action matters, including wage and hour violations, employment discrimination, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, sexual harassment, unfair competition, defamation, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Ms. Truong also represents management in NLRB proceedings and advises employers on labor relations. An important aspect of Ms. Truong’s practice is advising clients on how to avoid problems in the workplace. She counsels employers on litigation prevention and compliance with local, state and federal employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment contracts, wage and hour compliance, leave policies, employee handbooks, adverse employment actions and the development of workplace policies and procedures.
