He co-founded the sourcing centre GoodCall and executes as the founding CEO at Recruitment Academy. He also co-founded a data-driven ATS called Datacruit. His claim to fame is as the author of a controversial book People as Merchandise recommended by Barbara Corcoran from ABC’s Shark Tank, the rogue recruiter David E. Perry and HR directors of companies such as IBM, Google, Barclays, Randstad, Hewlett-Packard, Manpower, and AVG.
