Jennifer Mensik
Jennifer S. Mensik earned a Ph.D. in nursing, health systems, and public administration from the University of Arizona College Of Nursing. She currently is employed at St. Lukes Health System in Idaho as the Administrator for Nursing and Patient Care at the three-time magnet-designated, St. Lukes Health System in Boise. Prior to joining St. Lukes, she was the executive director of quality and patient safety for the UCLA Health System. In addition, she worked at Banner Health, based in Phoenix, in various roles, including the system director of clinical practice and research. She just published through Sigma Theta Tau one of the few books on nurse staffing, called “The Nurse Manager’s Guide to Innovative Staffing."
