Gina Lau is the Director of People Operation at Scoop, the largest carpooling solution in the country that has put more than four million carpools on the road. Prior to joining Scoop, Gina was Director, People Development & Experience at esignature leader, HelloSign, where she pioneered the company's strategic learning and development, and employee engagement programs. Gina started her career working in Reebok’s Human Rights and Corporate Responsibility program, where she partnered with field monitors to guarantee acceptable working conditions in factories around the world. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston University.
