Gary Burrus is senior director of human resources for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. He has over 27 years of experience in senior-level hospitality and human resources management at the regional and national levels. Gary is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a doctorate in Human Capital Development and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Southern Mississippi where he teaches hospitality and human capital-related courses. Additionally, Gary provides hospitality and human capital consulting services for several organizations and has published articles and presentations in those fields.
