​She is always tuned into the latest trends and is often quoted in leading HR and business publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Human Resource Executive, and Talent Management. Elaine is invested in all aspects of the market that improve recruiting performance from candidate experience (co-founder of Talent Board, the founding organization of the Candidate Experience Awards) to optimal candidate selection with TalVista (owner).  One of Elaine’s greatest accomplishments was building a talent acquisition consulting firm from the ground up, in which Elaine was the CEO and Founder of Talent Function for 11 years.  Elaine currently serves as the senior vice president of technology consulting at Cielo, Inc. a recruitment process outsourcing firm that recently acquired Talent Function.
