Ariana Berdy is a Sourcer with deep experience recruiting professionals across various “Services”. Ariana started her career at Korn Ferry recruiting executives within Professional and IT Services across various industries. While there she was a beta-tester for an AI tool implementation and also ran a committee that focused on cohesion, confidence, and collaboration in the office. More recently, Ariana recruits for the Business and Creative Services as a Talent Sourcer for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
