Allison Varner is a Healthcare Recruiter with great experience in sourcing healthcare candidates.  She is a SHRM graduate along with a Sourcecon Academy graduate. As a sourcer, Allison previously implemented teams for two large Healthcare companies.  She is a candidate advocate that is vastly interested in corporate and personal branding.  She is grateful and always a student of the wonderful Sourcecon community.  Allison teaches a resume and interview class to advanced high-school students.  She is very passionate about relationship building, sourcing, new technologies, and creative problem-solving in the recruiting world.
